The journey has been rewarding, exciting, with some road bumps, adventurous and best of all made many good friends (including the furry ones). To celebrate this 5 year anniversary and as a tradition, starting Febuary we will be giving out 1 free Spay or neuter per month. This is open to my clients and the public. There is no gimmick. SURGERY INCLUDES:

1. 1 dose of oral anti-inflammatory (not for cat neuters).

2. Pre anesthetic agent.

3. Intravenous anesthesia induction agent.

4. Intubation, oxygen and inhalation anesthesia (not for cat neuters).

5. Anesthesia monitoring.

6. Day board.

7. Suture removal (not for cat neuters).

8. Discharge instructions.

SURGERY DOES NOT INCLUDE:

1. Preanesthetic blood work.

2. Any if required go home medications.

3. E-collar.

"How to win and our standard Requirements" for Free Neuter or Spay

How to win?

1. Starting Febuary 1st, 2012.

2. Stop by the clinic at 4044 Hwy 261, Newburgh, IN. Write your name, phone number and date on paper provided and drop it in the Giveaway box. Please write clearly. If we cannot read we cannot reach you.

3. At end of each month a name will be drawn.

4. Winner will be called and the surgery will be scheduled the following month only. Sorry no exceptions.

5. If you do not win, your name will be held in the box for 6 months only. If your name is choosen but the surgery has been done or if we can not reach you or hear from you, another name will be drawn.

6. You have to return our call within 48 business hrs or a new name will be drawn.

7. This is open for both Cats and Dogs.

8. No facebook enteries will be honored. Sorry no exceptions.

8. As always if you have any concerns or questions we will be there to answer them.

Our standard Requirements -

1. Pet has to be up to date on all core vaccines, K9 Rabies/ K9 Distemper combo/Kennel Cough or Feline Dispemper combo/ Feline Rabies. K9s have to be negative for Heartworm test within the last 1 year. No vaccines will be given the day of the surgery. Sorry no exceptions. We have to protect your pet and others in the clinic. Vaccinations have to be given by a veterinarian.

2. Pet has to be free of any and all fleas, and gastrointestinal parasites. Sorry no exceptions. We have to protect your pet and others in the clinic. If Fleas and/or GI parasites are seen your pet will be treated at your expense. Sorry no exceptions

3. If you fail to show up for your appointment your win will not be honored for future use. You will loose your spot. You are more than welcome to put your name in the Giveaway box again. Sorry no exceptions.

4. Pet has to show up on time the day of the surgery to be prepped for surgery.

5. Pet has to have a clean physical examination within the last 1 year and we will call your veterinarian for pet information. It is your responsibility to disclose all medical history on the pet before the surgery.

6. Pet has to be under 5 years of age. Sorry no exceptions.

7. Non client pets will not be put in our computer unless you choose to continue our service.
